New accounts are typically approved within 5-7 working days. Due to high application volumes, if you haven't received approval within this timeframe, please assume your application was unsuccessful on this occasion. You're welcome to reapply in the future as our criteria may change.

What Is The Criteria For A Trade Account?

Business Premises Required
You’ll need a physical commercial address (no residential locations), with proof such as a lease agreement or business rates statement. If your business hasn’t launched yet, we’ll accept signed contracts confirming your imminent premises opening.

Meet Minimum Order Values
All orders must meet our £500 minimum requirement. While regular ordering is preferred, we’re flexible for growing businesses.

Trade Verification
Provide valid business registration (e.g., Companies House or VAT details). New enterprises should supply proof of operations, such as a website or social media presence
